It’s been a while since I have worked at Mitsuwa during my summer vacation. The familiar chattering of the crowd, the familiar grocery smell, and the familiar faces I have seen all last summer seemed nostalgic for me. It was good to see my coworkers again. I do not regret spending my Christmas with them at all. :) The last time I was there, I couldn’t wait to leave my job but it was heartwarming when they welcomed me back.
My time there was worth it. I was able to talk to them and after the end of the day, the 30$ Japanese Christmas cake went down to 10$ and I got the chestnut flavored Christmas cake. I feel victorious. Yessss. X)
